This is the fishing controller for the Sega Dreamcast. Reel in those monster fish and win the tournament! Lots of fun with this controller. While obviously this is intended for use in fishing-style games, per Wikipedia: "Soulcalibur is playable with the fishing controller, which translates vertical and horizontal movements into on-screen swordplay" - I never tried that!
