The item is used and in good condition. The case shows minor wear and scratches on the corners and edges. The power supply cord and plug is in good condition with normal wear and contains two small spots of white paint on the cord. The unit comes with what I believe is the hardware and wire connections to the track.

The unit was plugged in and the power light came on as can be seen in the photographs. However, the unit was not connected to a system and should be considered untested. Therefore, the transformer may work, but it may not, so it should be classified as "considered for parts". You may get a working transformer for a good price, or you may not. "Buyer Beware" is the approach for this item.
