You get a Hasselblad C-12 film Magazine.  Made in Sweden. Serial number TV 59490. The insert and back have matching numbers. This was made in 1961 and would be a match for an early 500C, Superwide or 500EL. The slide is included.  

The back has no dents or shrinking leather. It is a beautiful example.  

It will not reset to 0 on the counter and the light seals will need replacing. You cannot use it the way it is. It has been sitting unused for at least 30 years.
