This is an original vintage HISTORICAL photograph of four FLAPPER COUPLES in hiking clothes standing by a CANOE.  The men are holding BOXES tied with strings from a BOX LUNCH SOCIAL where people bid on PICNIC LUNCHES and the winner gets to eat with the young lady who made the food in the box. The man on the right is SMOKING a PIPE.  Photo measures 4 3/4" x 3 1/4".  Photo is in good condition with a light vertical edge curl.  Good clarity.
