Optimus Prime, as pictured. Crowdfunded exclusive INFOBAR mobile phone version of the figure. Obviously not a real working phone as it transforms into a robot, but apparently, has built in LEDs and bluetooth, can be hooked up to a mobile phone with lights displaying notifications of incoming messages. We have no idea which phones this would be compatible with.
This is the white and blue version of Optimus that was released separately from the other three versions (Bumblebee, Megatron and red and blue Optimus Prime), on the back of demand for the "ANNIN" phone version.
While it has been opened, it looks most likely unused or at worst very very lightly used, phone is in original wrapping.
