This is a small Chinese War Junk made of metal and on a wooden stand.
Unsure what the base metal is, but comps suggest silver or gold plate.
I have sold similar and that was indeed silver. Roughly 6" long and 7-1/2" tall.
Possible artist: Wo Long and would date before 1911, the end of Qing Dynasty.
No attempts to clean, repair or modify item have been taken. As found.
