This is a lot of well painted Ork terrain from the Kill Team Octarius set. It is used, and some parts need to be reglued.
It does not include the miniatures, only what is pictured (terrain, cards, gauges, some dice and tokens). 
I believe all the original terrain parts are here, but am not sure. Please see pictures for what is included.
