comes with some instructions 

the box and instructions say part of  junction west the paper says the watch has a limited lifetime warranty by the Geneva watch company

so im guessing it was some kind of collaboration

the case measures 40mm by 35mm without buttons and lugs

new battery runs and keeps time function buttons work fine
