You are bidding on an authentic 1970s employee short sleeve shirt/jersey (women's small). My brother-in-law worked for Bill Graham as a talent agent with the Millard Agency in the 70s. The shirt was worn my my sister at Elton John's November 20,1970 concert at the Filmore East. The photo of the memo (see photos) was to my brother-in-law, Artie when he was leaving the Millard Agency. The person "Chip" in the memo is the late Chip Rachlin, a ver famous talent agent.
