SG.M51 Unlisted Variety. VERY RARE ERROR offered with BPA Certificate (1959)(See scans). Unused/Mint no gum.  Cert rather harshly states "discoloured" which we would suggest is an extremely harsh comment. The item is actually rather attractive with very good colour.
