This is a sweet little pleated valance from Country Curtains. This valance is a goldish-yellow & white gingham check and is pleated. It measures approximately 41" wide and 13" long which includes the 3" rod pocket. I've attached a bit of the history of the company for you, which you can read in the last picture above.
