Up for sale is the January 1994 issue of Penthouse.  It is in excellent condition with virtually no wear.

It includes the giant poster inside the issue, though it is loose inside the issue (i.e., it is no longer firmly embedded into the issue by the staples).  There is very light tearing to the centerfold.

All pages (including the centerfold) are present.  There are no loose or torn pages, other than what was already mentioned.  There is no wear to the centerfold.
