NOTE - Box is damaged:  torn, creased, scuffed, blemished, etc. (please see pictures).  Shoes have a blemish on each front toe area (see pictures).  Has areas of a little glue from manufacturing.  I've tried to capture all pertinent blemishes, but I may have missed something, so please count on it.
