Nordic Needle produced this kit for the HEART Suncatcher.  The kit includes red hardanger fabric, # 5 and #8 DMC Perle cotton matched to the fabric, a red crystal heart prism, and a suction cup and invisible thread for hanging.   Excellent instructions are included as well.  The finished size is 3 1/4" x 4".
