Four bound compilation volumes of The Windsor Magazine, an Illustrated Monthly for Men and Women, published by Ward Lock and Company. All hardbacks with red and, in most cases, gilt decoration to the front and gilt lettering to the spine. The covers all show wear with rubbing to the corners and ends of spines, also marks to the boards.
- Vol IX Dec 1898-May 1899 VERY POOR CONDITION. Cover detached. The binding has split into two - one section up to P430, and a second section P449 to the end and the pages between these two halves are loose. I think there are probably pages missing at the end - last page is P 754. Rear endpaper is detached. Cover has red decoration and lettering, not gilt unlike the other volumes.
