Presented is an antique, Victorian, yellow gold plated watch fob made in America during the mid 19th century. This is an ornate piece, done in an interesting style. The chain link or mesh portion in the center has a buckle accent. Either end is capped with a decorative, openwork portion.
This piece is in pretty good condition, considering its age. There is some damage to the chain-link portion, as you can see in the photographs.
