The cream-colored paint on the top and bottom is chipping and comes off easily, so I was going to flake the rest of it off and have a neat black-and-white phone with the original flag decal on the white middle portion still intact, but I never got around to it. Therefore I'm just going to offer this as it is, as found, for what I paid for it.
See the video - the dial works OK but is dirty and needs to be cleaned and lubricated.
Obviously I haven't plugged this into a phone line and tested it.
Dimensions: base is about 5" x 7" x 5" not counting the dial or cradle/handset; add about 2" for the dial and about 5-1/2" for the cradle and handset.
