The Copal-E90C series is a high-grade industrial lens likely made by Tomioka for use in various minilabs. This sample with 115 mm focal length shows excellent build quality, is easy to adapt via a M39/LTM thread, has a fixed aperture of f/4.5 and very good image quality. Interestingly enough I found this lens to be able to produce nice looking soap bubble bokeh in certain lighting conditions, similar to a Trioplan, but better corrected. Because it holds up very well at close distance this allows for interesting macro experiments.
It should also be really good when used as a tube lens for high magnification macro-setups.
