(How to receive your purchased diamonds)

1. Message us with your Roblox username (Optional)
   (Even if you don't message us first, we'll message you as soon as we can!)


2. Wait for a response from us. We'll friend each other, then find a time to trade!
   (We will typically deliver your diamonds in around 5 minutes - 2 hours)
   (Active Times: 9AM EST - 10PM EST)

Please note that while we always try to deliver your diamonds as soon as possible, purchasing diamonds outside our active hours could result in significantly slower delivery times.

(Staying safe while cross-trading)

It's no surprise that cross-trading comes with risks. However, with an understanding of Royale High's cross-trading detection and by taking the correct procedures, the risks associated with cross-trading can be minimized, leading to cross-trading becoming relatively safe.

(DISCLAIMER: All information provided about Royale High's systems are based off educated guesses made from the Royale High playerbase's experiences. I am not a Royale High developer and I do not know the EXACT logic behind Royale High's ban system. Take all the information presented with a grain of salt.)

💎 How we collect diamonds

All diamonds we sell on pixeldreamshop are LEGITIMATELY GRINDED, NOT DUPLICATED. When you buy from us, there will not be any risk of being banned in that regard.

👁‍🗨 Royale High cross-trading / duplicating / exploiting detection

Royale High's cross-trading / duplicating / exploiting detection is as following: After a trade is successfully conducted, Royale High AUTOMATICALLY checks the values of both sides. If one side has absolutely nothing compared to the other side, it is marked as being suspicious, and could possibly lead to a ban.

When cross-trading, as long as you add some cheap items, you should be perfectly safe in that regard. This is due to item values being subjective. If you want to be absolutely safe, providing a cheap limited item of any kind will almost always be seen as a "valid" trade. We tell all of our customers to provide cheap items during the transaction both for your safety and our own.

💥 Worst Case Scenario

By providing cheap items at every transaction, getting banned through Royale High's automatic detection system is nearly impossible.

As a buyer, if worst comes to worst and you do get banned, you can always try appealing the ban to the developers. It would be best to not mention the cross-trading.

(Do note that there are many cases of players being falsely banned for absolutely no reason.)
