Ryan Leaf of the San Diego Charges signed mini helmet in a plastic box.  The box measures approximately 5.5" long, the depth is approximately 7.25" and the height is approximately 5.5".  I DO NOT have a COA. The plastic box has a few minor scratches, please see pictures and the box is not airtight so there is a very small amount of dust inside that I am sure a minor cleaning will take care of
