This nice Victorian glass boot has amber glass embellishment attached. It is about 4" high and long. It may be a small vase or just a decorative item. It looks in good condition, bit I think there is a bit of amber glass missing off one side, near the 'big toe' area. Seems a bit rough there, and does not match the other side.  So I guess it is a/f, but even so, it can be displayed nicely.  No other damage.
