TV is in good working condition. Tested with included cigarette lighter adaptor and batteries, it work with both. 

Does NOT include AC cord, batteries or stand. 

In fairly good cosmetic condition. Screen does have a scuff on it, visible in the pictures. 

Battery compartment is fairly clean.
