Brown leather jockey whip with 9ct gold top, consisting of a long woven handle with a tapered 9ct gold knob on one end and a four thickness leather flap at the other end. There are lengths of woven leather bound around the middle. Measures 59cm long. Engraved J. F Lockhart   4.*. 46 T.T.C Victory Cup Rider stamped 9ct.
