Listed is the hot wheels car you see in the photo. The cars are brand-new in packets and have never been opened. However just for clarity some of the cards (most are mint) themselves may be slightly creased through storage, (this is why the listing states used),

Any white marks you may see is just light reflections from taking the pictures
