Antique Crested Geo III HM 1824 Sterling Silver Kings Pattern Fish Server 242.3g

 

This is an excellent quality, heavy, fish server from George IIIs reign.  It is hallmarked London 1824 with maker’s initials of “WK” for William Knight II.

 

The Kings pattern server has a dished blade with symmetrical pierced openwork leaf and scroll shapes. The handle is crested with heraldic torse and a dove with cross to top of head (unfound).
