Wonderful piece of Desimone Italy pottery, signed and numbered 13. Desimone pieces are so unique and whimsical, fun and happy. This piece is a vase of approximately 6 inches. Use is as a vase or just alone it's that wonderful.
This vase depicts what I believe to be a princess or queen with her cinnamon bun hair style (reminds me of princess Leia), crown, rosy cheeks and smile. The reverse of the vase is a shining sun.
There is a small area on the rim that looks like a chip but it's glazed so I assume it's a production flaw. Other than that, no chips or cracks.
If you are a collector or simply a lover of unique and happy things, this is the vase for you.
