Early 1800s embroidered whitework cape collar.  Very fine, translucent muslin fabric.  Shape of the collar, as well as trailing floral and leaf design suggests early 1800s date.

Condition as shown in photos - clean, white.  Cut in the center back, small patch, neat mending.

About 40 in. across, tip to tip.  About 12 in. deep center back
