This gorgeous vintage butter/cheese dish is in ironstone and was made by Masons in England in the floral Paynsley Pattern in the 1950s. 

The plate measures 23cms by 18.5cms and the lid stands 9cms at its highest point and measures 17.5cms by 12.5cms.

There is very slight crazing to the glaze on one side which is hardly noticeable.

Would make a stunning addition to a vintage table!
