Presented is a vintage, Italian silver and crystal glass sauce or gravy tureen or sugar bowl. The cut crystal glass bowl is decorated with a diamond shaped pattern and it has a small notch along the rim to rest a spoon or ladle. The silver lid and the under plate or dish have a decorative rim. The silver portions have never been monogrammed.
The silver lid and the plate bear a maker's mark, 800 for the silver purity and have an Italian government national serial mark.

This piece is in excellent overall condition. No problems.

The under-plate measures 6 1/8 inches in diameter.

The covered dish measures 4 3/8 inches in diameter and is 3 3/4 inches tall.
