This vintage 1948 Tiny Golden Book set includes six miniature animal stories, beautifully illustrated by Garth Williams. The hardcover books were published by Simon and Schuster and are in their original form, making them a true collector's item.

There are condition issues and wear, consistent with age. The six volumes have not been inscribed “Belongs to” and covers are intact.

There is loose binding with the interior pages of some books, and some edges are curled or scratched.
