There is a lot of hardanger designs that come from Minnesota since this was state that was settled by Scandinavians who brought their traditional needlework with them.

The designer of this hardanger bell pull is Threads and Things from Hoyt Lakes, MN.  It is stitched on 20 count Jobelan with overdyed Watercolours from the Caron Collection.  It uses surface satin stitching, kloster blocks and whipped bars with a flower motif.  I don't think it would be particularly difficult to stitch.  There are no marks of any sort on the pattern.  The fabric and fibers are in excellent condition.  Please note that on the fabric - about a quarter inch from one of the edges, there is a faint rust spot where the needle is.

I love this bell pull and have wanted to stitch it for...a number of years.  But (since I probably won't live to be 500) I need to find a new home for it with someone who will appreciate it and bring it to its full glory.
