Beginning in 1977, and in response to demand for more durable discs, Wham-O started experimenting with more crack-resistant plastics, resulting in a new line of discs called High Density eXperimental (HDX) Frisbee Discs.
The particular item for sale here is a nearly new HDX 80 C Frisbee Disc. It has some signs of storage wear, but is otherwise in excellent condition. It has never been delayed or thrown. It is vintage plastic from August of 1977, from the first production run of 1,000 HDX 80s. This disc will make a nice addition to just about any collection. Thanks for looking!
