Terms and Conditions

All orders are shipped the same or next business days after receipt of the payment. If you want to combine shipping on multiple items, please skip the ebay checkout and request total from us. We will do our best.
All orders from Canadian customers will be charged GST or HST depending the shipping locations.
There are no tax for Customers from United States and other countries. If shipping cost is not included in the description page, please contact us for a shipping quote.

Shipments:

• Shipping charge is basically on location, shipping weight and dimension. Shipping discount on multiple items or promotional items are available.
• Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the recipient's responsibility.
• These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up. Please do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.  
• Additional charges may be required for delivery to some locations, such as remote areas in Canada and US.
• Please contact us before placing your order if you require combined shipping for multiple different items.

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

• We stand by the items we sell and will issue a full refund including shipping charges on any defective or ship damaged item.
• Please inspect your item as soon as it arrives, we only accept reports of shipping damage within 2 days from delivery
• We also understand that our customers may change their mind after purchasing a product.
  We will accept returns on these orders, although the shipping charges and a restocking fee will be withheld from your refund. And, the items could not be used or opened.
• Certain items could not be returnable, such as Computer Software, Ink and Toner, etc..
• A return number is required for all returned shipments to guarantee that your return is processed as quickly as possible.
• Before returning a product, please contact us to receive return instructions. Items must be returned within 14 days from purchase.
• Refunds may take up to 3 days to be issued after your return is received.
• When you complete your purchase, we are no longer able to change or cancel your order.
  The information you submit with your PayPal payment will be automatically processed.
  We cannot update your address, split shipments, combine shipments, or cancel your order.
