Description
Beautiful Estate Antique Cream Grecian Style full length dress gown which I believe is Crepe Fabric. Came from the estate that last a couple of Edwardian dresses came from.
This dress has two rows of seed pearls around the neckline shoulder straps and around the arms. with a scoop seed bead and bugle bead belt like piece in the front with layers of butterfly shape crepe on the hip with a long sash below it that is beading on the bottom that has a long satin ribbon attached at the bottom corner that was possibly used to hold it to raise it to dance.
It drapes beautifully with two snap closures on each shoulder. The top is lined with hook & eye closures and snaps closures on the outside of the dress.
The measurements laying flat are approx.
shoulders 13"
armpit to armpit 16 "
waist 13 1/2"
above beaded sash 17"
6" below that 20"
Sash length 36" long sash 20" wide
total length not including Sash approx. 55" in the front 50" on the side.
Condition there are a few seed pearls missing on the left side below the strap with perspiration stains under the arms of the lining but not on the dress with two soil lines on the back pic 13 & will need to be cleaned. The stain ribbon that is attached at the bottom is cut and I have it just tied. Could either be replaced or removed.

I offer you the buyer the most cost effective shipping ie:First class on jewelry and soft goods unless I feel the piece would not arrive safely
. When shipping parcel post your item can take up to 7-10 days and those are BUSINESS DAYS I ship within 24 hours of your cleared payment MONDAY-FRIDAY often saturdays if I am home from estate sales prior to the post office closing.I do not ship Sunday or holidays .
I am happy to combine shipping when ever possible unless the items are two large to combine. I use bubble wrap, foam , tissue, syrofoam peanuts to have your auction arrive safe and sound. I pack the way I would want and item shipped
Terms of Sale
All of the items I list are ESTATE/ garage sale antique vintage items and have been preowned even if they were never used.
They are not new and show varying signs of age ,wear yellowing from storage in linens and clothing.
They vary from 30 to 100 years old even though I would not know if items purchased are from pet free smoke free homes you can figure they would have some type of odor.
Unless I state that I have personally drycleaned or laundered them it would be the responsibilty of the buyer to dryclean or launder them. I describe items to the best of my knowledge and put numerous photos for you to look at please use them as part of the description
