This listing is for a used and incomplete Gibson sideways vibrola tailpiece that is seen most often on the SG Les Pauls in the early 1960s and sometimes on other models. The gold plated ones such as mine would have been used on the Custom. This one is missing the cover and different screws. The playing is poor where the string ends anchor and the arm was broken.  I don't have that part, so unless you have a replacement arm, some improvisation would be neccessary to get it working again. Please check the photos for condition and ask questions if in doubt about anything.
