On the front it reads H & S AUXILIARY CUP . There is green and blue enamelling depicting a cricketer , it is a batsman at the wicket . 

It comes in its original presentation box . 

On the reverse it is engraved T.W. LAY 1929. 

It also has the makers mark , it is impressed Thomas Fattorini Limited Birmingham . 

It is hallmarked for Birmingham 1929 , and the hallmark date letter is an ' E' . 

It is also stamped with the makers mark TF for Thomas Fattorini . 

This is a great piece of collectable cricket memorabilia .
