On the front this is shaped like a tudor rose and reads  GENERAL NURSING COUNCIL FOR ENGLAND AND WALES  This is also stamped on the back , this reads THOMAS FATTORINI LIMITED, BIRMINGHAM A.F. CLAMP  S.E.A.N. 51438 27/7/51 It is in excellent condition .
