The Urn is stunning . It is all Handpainted with Pink Roses and highlighted with Gold Gilt Gilding . Unusually , there is a date on the base next to the Makers mark . The date reads Dec 1 / 26 , and there is the word “ depose  “ and the makers monogram is in blue . 

It has an ormolu piece where the main body connects with the pedestal base . There is a Bronze or brass fixing inside the foot . 

It has been made in the French Rococo Style.

One of the handles has been broken and put back in place , this could be repaired professionally as all the pieces are there. 

The knop on the lid has also been off and stuck back , again an easy touch up should you wish . 

The quality is simply stunning . I should know the maker but I have forgotten what the mark represents . I believe it is Sèvres ,or one of the other better French makers ,  if not I am sure the experts will let me know . 

 The entire piece stands 8 inches tall and is approximately 6 inches wide . The detail is exquisite .
