Offered here is an Original Watercolour Painting from c1905 .
It features a Lady on a River Side or Lake Side Walk in a wooded scene .
The picture is extremely well executed , with superb perspective .
The literature on the reverse states this is by Fred J Kerby who exhibited at the Royal Academy and The Royal Cambrian Academy (in Conwy Wales) , between 1904 and 1909 .
Kerby was born in the c19th and died in the c20th . He lived at Braeside , Addington Road in Reading .
This picture was purchased from a gallery near York in the 1980s . The Price paid at that time is on the label on the reverse , as is the details of the artist .I have not been able to verify any of these details , this was supplied on the painting.
This is in excellent condition , and it comes in a fabulous frame . It is framed and glazed and is ready to hang on your wall . There are details about the artist on the reverse .
I can find another work by this artist on ArtPrice of ETON College from Windsor / River Thames .
The entire piece measures 33.5 inches x 25 inches . It is a lovely painting that in many ways I will be sad to part with .
