1986 US Mint Prestige set.  Produced by the San Francisco Mint, these coins commemorate the 100th birthday of the Statue of Liberty. 

 These were the first coins were to depict the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island.  The dollar is 90% silver and the half dollar is clad.
