TexPro™ Tech Grade DTF Cleaning Solution for Epson Printheads

TexPro™ DTF Printhead Cleaning Solution is a 2-pyrrolidone cleaning fluid designed for Epson printheads running DTF (Direct to Film) ink. This is the solution our DTF inkjet technicians use, and is suitable both for both daily maintenance and intensive internal cleaning. This is the same solution we use in our parastaltic printhead cleaning system, and is what allows us stable use of Epson i3200, i1600, XP600, and DX Series printheads even in our ultra low humidity, high altitude climate of Colorado.

TexPro™ DTF inks are significantly more pigmented than standard DTF inks, and this solution is designed for such. We use the same base in this solution that we do in our ink – except without the pigments – so once it breaks down oxidized pigment it then absorbs it into solution and acts as a carrier to remove it; without destructive chemicals and amonias which cause delamination of printhead adhesives.

This solution is suitable for all DTF printers with Epson printheads, including the Mimaki TxF150 & TxF300.
