Last I used this camera, it was working.  All lenses are clean, no scratched.  There is a bit of foam at the edge of the area where the back door closes that it starting to deteriorate.  You can see that in the picture.

It is Vintage and shows signs of use and wear see photos.

All in all it'sstill a very nice AE-1 built in Japan
