White chiffon, high mesh net neckline with beads and embroidery, leg of mutton sleeve with fine tulle support underneath, snap closure at wrist, flowing skirt over acetate with plastic ridged hem, 27 buttons and zipper closure, back skirt has mid and bottom loop for bustling. Condition: some back buttons are discolored, waist trim needs to be tacked in place/fixed & buttons replaced, small hole in netting at upper back, chiffon layer has unfinished seams/fraying, some loose threads/fraying to some embroidery, 27 buttons w/28 loops.

Measurements: pit to pit 32, waist 23-24 super tight, hip 44, shoulder to waist 15, front length (to lining) 56, back length (w/chiffon train) 80, approx 22 longer in back.

Too tight at the waist on mannequin: 34 bust, 24 waist, 34 hip, 15 shoulder.

All measurements were taken in inches and when the item was lying flat, then doubled and stretched where appropriate. Allow room for fit and ease.
