This is a vintage Paul Harris Design women’s black and floral vest, size small. It has a woven lattice pattern on the front and a tie on the back. It has embroidered buttons up the front and a spare button on the care tag. Made of 100% rayon. It is in excellent, like new condition.

• CHEST: 17.5 inches
• LENGTH: 19.75 inches down the back (23 inches down the front)
• SHOULDER TO SHOULDER: 14 inches
