For the last few months Royal Mail's (UK's national postal carrier) has been in complete disarray. The delays are horrendous, even priority tracked items are getting stuck for 1-2 months before they leave the UK.

We are trying out best, we're using a variety of couriers as alternatives, but unfortunately sometimes we just have to use Royal Mail, so please be patient with us.
