I believe this is for Mopar Fluid Drive Torque Convertor applications, but likely other uses as well.
Overall in good used vintage condition. It does have a few larger patches of pitting and surface rust on the front. Otherwise it is in pretty good shape with mostly lighter scuffs, scratches and imperfections from use.
There are some signs of use on the drive openings, but no major signs of abuse or performance issues to note.
