By the measurements, I would think this is a hat for children, but by the style it does not look like a child’s style. However, even for the 1950s, this is a very small head. I put the measurements around in one of the photos.

Made a velvet and individually sewn on little Plastic or maybe glass beads . They are cold so I think they are glass. Inside is two hair clips. I don’t see any makers mark./ tag
