The wick runs inside his body and then up through a clear tube "candle" held in his hands.

Santa is 4-3/4" tall. He is 2-3/4" wide and 2-1/2" deep at the base.

He is in good condition with no cracks or chips. There is discoloration on some of the white portions. There are light scratches on his hat and left arm, and there are stains and the remains of a sticker on the bottom.
He does not have his original box or tag and does not have any oil.
