This handsome antique Seth Thomas Chime No. 98 mantle clock No. 124 from 1920's is a beautiful addition to any collection. With its mahogany frame and intricate details, this clock is sure to impress. Antique Seth Thomas Mantle Clock with inlaid 8-day mechanical movement. Runs well and is in beautiful condition. Not sure about its ability to keep time since I am not familiar with antique clock operation.

Estate sale.  Well-preserved over the years in a lovely home and would make a great addition to any desk, mantle, or shelf. The clock is a piece of history and a conversation starter for any room it is displayed in. ID3750

The clock is 20.5 inches long, 9,5 inches tall, 6 inches deep. I won't go into detail about how to wind the clock as you should read up first to make sure you don't over wind. There is a lot of information about Seth Thomas clocks as well as videos too. You can turn the chime off, but that would be unlikely because but the sounds are sonorous and quite beautiful.

Made by Seth Thomas Clock Co, Thomaston, CONN, USA 1920's.
