This auction is for a custom slate over glass call by award winning call maker Wendell Rye of Lights Out custom calls.  

This call is made of quarter-sawn magnolia that I harvested in my front yard, and comes with a maple striker.  This call is all about natural tone! The purrs and clucks are very natural and easy to run.  The cuts are crisp and expressive.  The yelps break from a medium-high pitched first note into a raspy, medium pitched second note.  This call has an incredibly natural tone! 

                                                                              

Condition this 3 1/2" surface with green scotchbrite.

For 20 years, I have turned each of my calls and strikers one at a time by hand,  without the use of patterns or duplicating devices.  Your satisfaction is my top priority.
